• Your BMI is 27 or higher with a related health condition, such as:
  • High blood pressure
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • High cholesterol
  • PCOS
  • Sleep apnea
  • Insulin resistance
• No contraindications such as certain endocrine disorders, history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2
